The purpose of TheOnlineBallroom.com is to help overcome many of the common obstacles associated with learning how to dance.

I want to learn how to dance but didn't realize how expensive dance lessons are.

No doubt about it,  dance lessons are expensive and the prices are only going up with its increased popularity.  You could be a member of TheOnlineBallroom.com for less than the price of 45 minutes of private instruction.  That's no reason to not take lessons.  Just think about how many less lessons you will need after you learn what you can from the videos.

Your Instructor

Jason Ruest has been a professional Ballroom Dance teacher and competitor for over 8 years.  He started his teaching career in Southport, Connecticut where he received many top awards throughout the years for both his students and himself.  He currently teaches in Rochester, NY where he lives with his wife Kelli who is expecting their first child in the Fall.  Jason was trained in the American Styling of dance.  He prefers this style of dancing because of it's use on the Social Dance floor.  He has been working feverishly over the last few months creating this website which he hopes will change the way people take dance lessons.  If you would like to contact Jason please feel free to drop an e-mail in the "Ask The Teacher" section of this Website.
